Pictures: Dubai from the sky

There really isn’t a way to see Dubai like it. Taking off from the water at Seawings base, at the Jebel Ali Hotel, we swiftly and seamlessly found ourselves swooping and swooning over the emirate,

peering out of sea plane’s windows back at the city’s shimmering skyline.
We dived down closer to the mainland, then swerved towards Burj Al Arab, giving the most beautiful views of the iconic sail-inspired structure we’ve seen yet. Suddenly we banked towards the Palm, flying down low and close over the rows of villas, before heading towards The World Islands. We cruised on over to the creek, cruising low over countless iconic buildings, before sailing back along the coastline towards Jebel Ali, landing effortlessly in the water after 40 minutes in the air.
Words can describe the incredible views we witnessed – but pictures can. Click forward to see Dubai as you’ve never seen it before.
